What is included in a rental turnover?
A typical scope covers kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surfaces, trash removal, and floors. Linen changes, laundry, restocking, and special arrival details must be discussed separately.
Are extras included automatically?
No. Appliance interiors, inside cabinets, interior windows, and other detailed tasks should be requested and included in the agreed scope. Specialty work is subject to confirmation.
